We had a flat tire after running over a bolt on the highway on 6/16/21. After calling insurance, we used Another Towing Company to tow us to the tire company. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. Semalie was our tow truck driver. She was friendly and capable! We appreciate the wonderful service we received and will use ATC again if needed. Needed my vehicle towed and these guys were FANTASTIC!!! Called the main line, explained the situation and he told me someone would call me to get all the vehicle information. These employees are the BEST. They had to jump my car 3 times in a weekend came on time and had me going in a jiffy. This time my starter was bad and I needed a tow to the mechanic. It was a day right after a blizzard and still they came to get my car. They have been professional and helpful and so very very nice. I had to have a car towed to a mechanic who specializes in my old car. Called AAA who sent a tow. What a lovely experience. This young lady maneuvered this huge flat bed tow truck like it was a matchbox car into the drive way loaded the car up super quick, all by herself, all the while being friendly, interactive and very professional. She made me feel empowered. She maneuvered traffic like nothing. Got the car there unloaded and was very gracious. Thank you! ATC responded to our call to AAA for roadside assistance. A very nice young man responded. He returned our call twice to keep us updated. I did not get this young man’s name, but he had a nice southern accent and spoke with southern manners. He loaded our truck onto his tow, made sure that my ride was present and dropped my wife off at her doctor’s on his way to our mechanic. I especially appreciated that he was not going to leave 2 seniors on the side of the highway while he drove off with our truck. And that is exactly what AAA had told us to expect. I’m from Texas working up here on a construction job. My truck had some issues and needed a tow. Semalie was an amazing young lady that towed my truck to the dealership today.
